Hi, Deborah!
Welcome, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question. A springtime visit to the Disneyland Resort sounds absolutely wonderful! There’ll be lots of seasonal extras to explore, including the
California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, a limited-time event that is happening until April 12.
Egg-stravaganza is a popular
Disneyland Resort tradition that is available now through Easter Sunday. This scavenger hunt is a fun, inexpensive way to add a little extra pixie dust to your time at the resort. While supplies last, you can purchase a map and stickers for a small fee and then go to work searching for special hidden Disney- and Pixar-themed “eggs” throughout both theme parks and the
Downtown Disney District. Track your finds on the Egg-stravaganza map using the corresponding stickers until you’ve found them all. This is a neat little activity that can help keep kids engaged as you move from attraction to attraction, and there is a small prize offered when you’re done! Even if your group doesn’t quite complete the hunt, you can still return your map to a redemption location to receive the surprise.
Since you’ll be spending Easter Sunday at the resort, you may want to book a special
dining experience. Reservations for a festive buffet at Storytellers Cafe or Disney’s PCH Grill can be made by calling (714) 781-DINE. I hope this helps you plan your pixie-dusted vacation, Deborah! Please visit us with any other questions you have as your trip approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
