Disney PhotoPass website no longer allows you the option to edit, add stickers, or add borders to your images, Guests who have iOs mobile devices were still able to do so through the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
As you mentioned, Stitch went a little nuts in the My Disney Experience app, and as a result, the stickers and frames have not been functioning as intended. One of my fellow panelists reached out to Cast Members in
Disney PhotoPass Department to submit a ticket and inquire more about the status of this glitch. While the Cast Members are aware of the issue and working to fix it, they cannot provide a timeline for when the case will be resolved. They did mention that they are intending for it to be released in the upcoming mobile update, so be sure to apply the update when it launches in the App store.
I’m sorry I couldn’t provide a more precise timeline for when the issue will be resolved. I am also anxiously awaiting the fix along with you. Please come back and see us if there is anything else we can do to help.
