You can edit your account’s PIN on Disney World’s website or by using the My Disney Experience app. I’ll go over both, so you have options!
To edit your PIN on
Disney World’s website, hover over the My Disney Experience button, then click Profile. Next, click Payment Methods and scroll down until you see the section titled Disney World Resort Guests. There, you’ll be able to click the button labeled Reset Room Account PIN and follow the prompts to edit it.
If you’d rather use your
My Disney Experience app, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, then scroll down to click My Disney Wallet. Click Disney Resort Hotel Guest at the top of the page, then click the button labeled Reset Room Account PIN.
Of course, if you're already at Disney World, you can head to the front desk of
your resort, and a Cast Member will be happy to get that changed for you.
While we’re chatting about the My Disney Wallet, I have to share an exciting new feature that I absolutely LOVED on our recent trip! You can now add a Disney Gift Card to your My Disney Wallet. Once that’s added, you can use it to pay for things like mobile food orders and
Merchandise Mobile Checkout. And you can also pull up the details of the gift card right there on the app, so a Cast Member can scan the barcode if mobile checkout isn’t an option.
