How to edit mi pictures from my memory maker on my galaxy s9+

Welcome to the  Disney Parks Moms Panel, Alicia! Thank you for bringing us your question! We are delighted to help!

A while ago, the Disney PhotoPass Service website went under a transformation that caused certain features to disappear, such as the ability to edit photos from the website. At this point in time, it is still possible to add borders, stickers, etc. to your photos as long as you use the My Disney Experience mobile app on an iOS-operated device. I am afraid you won't be able to edit your photos from your Galaxy S9+ phone; instead, you will have to sign into your My Disney Experience account from someone else's iOS device to do so.

I would recommend you keep your eyes and ears open for any changes to the website and/or app, as this function could be restored at any moment.

Alicia, if you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to the Disney PhotoPass Department by calling (407) 560-4300. You can also send them an email to disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com.

Remember you can come back and visit us again with more questions when you start planning your next trip!
    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
