Hi, Christie! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It sounds like you recently returned from a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I hope that you were able to make some pixie-dusted memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth during your visit and that you are currently enjoying reliving those moments by looking through your
Disney PhotoPass Service pictures. Your
Memory Maker purchase gives you unlimited downloads of those Disney PhotoPass images so that you can delight in them for yEARs to come.
I just opened the
My Disney Experience mobile app on my phone to look into your question, Christie. When I click on one of my photos, underneath the picture, I see options to edit, save, share, and buy photo gifts. If I click on "Edit," I am given the option to crop, filter, and add stickers or borders. I am an iPhone user, but I have heard from some of my friends who have Android phones that they cannot access these photo editing features in their version of the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you are an Android customer, perhaps this is why you are not seeing the option to edit your photos. If you have an iPhone, you may want to contact the
Help Center to see if they can sort out any technical issues that you might be having, since guests with iPhones should still have access to the photo editing features.
In the meantime, if looking through your photos has you longing to
plan another Walt Disney World Resort vacation, be sure to contact us again if you have any additional questions. See ya real soon!
Samantha
