How is the most economical way to see Disney world florida with small children. I will be staying off site. Thanks

    Hi Marsha!

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As a mom of three kids, I too try to visit on a budget. You may want to start with checking out the special offers page to see if maybe you could benefit from one of the current offers. Another money saving tip would be for you to pack snacks and juices for the kids when you visit the parks. I typically bring a small collapsible cooler in the basket of my toddler's stroller filled with juices, mini-waters and fruit. I also bring a backpack (which I hang off her stroller) filled with her favorite cookies, granola bars, mini-muffins and chips. The only money I end up spending is on lunch and dinner. You should also set aside a certain quantity of money for any merchandise you or your kids may want to purchase. In order to control costs, I give my kids each a $25.00 gift card for their spending, and that way I avoid the "Mommy can you buy me this..". That has been a great money saving tip in my case because kids tend to be more conscientious of what they purchase when they know its their own money they are spending.

    Hope this helps!

    Happy Planning!
