    When eating at a Disney restaurant (using the dining plan) can we leave the waiter's tip in cash or does  it have to be charged on our key to the world?

    Hi Sandra!  You can certainly use cash to pay for the gratuity at your meals when on the dining plans at Disney. Please be aware that if your party is 6 or more they will add an automatic 18% gratuity to the bill. They might also add this tip to anything that is charged to you that is a non dining plan item such as alcoholic drinks. Dinner shows will add the tips as well. It is always best to read over the bill when you receive it to make sure you haven't already been charged for a gratuity before leaving more money. Although some of the servers are amazing and extra to them is well deserved!
