    Hi Missy!
What a great selection of restaurants that you have reserved.  I love every one that you picked.  One of my favorites at Epcot is Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada Pavillion.  If you book lunch, this will use only one table service meal on the Disney Dining Plan.  The pretzel bread is amazing and both your girls will love it.  Another wonderful restaurant is the Coral Reef Restaurant at The Living Seas at Epcot as well.  I would recommend a table near the fish tank for a fantastic view.  I love the Grilled Mahi Mahi and the Chocolate Wave dessert.  At the Grand Floridian, 1900 Park Fare has a character breakfast and dinner.  At dinner, you will meet Cinderella, Prince Charming, and their friends for an all you can eat buffet.  My family loves this meal and character greeting!  My one final suggestion is perhaps my favorite meal in all of Walt Disney World.  The Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue at the Pioneer Hall in Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort &  Campground is such fun musical comedy show and dinner.  Everyone in your family will enjoy this show, and you will be laughing all night!
