    Want to eat at The Wave prior to attending MNSSHP. Would we be allowed to wear our costumes to dinner there? How long should we allow for dinner and traveling to MK from Contemporary Resort. Don't want to miss the party :)

    Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is my favorite special event at the Magic Kingdom!  HalloWishes, the Boo-to-You parade, dance parties, spooky PhotoPass opportunities and not to mention the trick or treating make this an absolute must do for Fall.  All the festivities begin at 7:00 pm,I would suggest making a reservation for 5:15 pm since the monorail will make for a quick transport to Magic Kingdom.  
    Wearing costumes while dining at The Wave on the night of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party should not be a problem as long as you adhere to Disney's policy as to appropriate costumes:
    • Cannot obstruct the guest's view or interfere with their ability to board attractions and transportation systems.
    • Drag on the ground
    • Be offensive to other guests
    • contain sharp or pointed objects that may harm another guest
    • contain any weapons which could resemble or be mistaken for an actual weapon
