Can we eat at the restaruants in the resorts without using a park ticket, (ex. chef Mickeys or BBQ show) or is that just necessary for restaurants specific to that park (ex. Akershus)? I'm trying to determine if we need park hopper. Thanks a bunch.

    Hi Amber,

You can eat in any of the resort restaurants without using a park ticket.  You can also use the WDW transportation to get to the resort.  Since the buses don't run between resorts you may have to travel first to a park (without actually entering it) and then to the other resort.

You will need to use a park ticket if you eat at a restaurant in a particular park.

Have fun planning your trip and let us know if you have any more questions
