Where should i eat if i prefer healthy eating?

Greetings, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mona!

While comfort foods are to be found on almost every menu at Walt Disney World Resort, you can be sure that an abundance of healthy choices, suiting many tastes and preferences will be offered as well. Whether you dine at a Quick-Service location, select from a grab and go location, or enjoy a Table-Service meal, I’m confident that you won’t be disappointed with the choices of healthier fare. I’ve enjoyed many types of salads, wraps and fresh fruit. Our Disney Parks Blog contributor has done a wonderful job describing some of our favorite venues that offer healthier choices at Magic Kingdom Park as examples of the types of choices you will see throughout Walt Disney World Resort.

As well, be sure to look for our Mickey Check symbol on menus, making it easier to spot food and beverages that meet Disney nutritional guidelines. This way you can make the choices you need, to keep your family’s healthy lifestyle in check during your Disney vacation.

For any Special Dietary Requests, you can rest easy knowing that Walt Disney World Resort is committed to offering you a wide array of dietary options. I have found it quite helpful mentioning a special dietary need or preference to my server, who then arranges for the restaurant Chef to come out to speak with me in order to accommodate my needs.

We hope this information is helpful, Mona, and we wish you a most enjoyable and delicious dining experience during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
