    Can you eat meals at Shades of Green, or is it strictly for military? Staying at POFQ, thanks for all your help! 16 more sleeps!!!!

    Only 16 SLEEPS??? I probably would be too excited to get any sleep at all by this point!  You will be on your way to Walt Disney WOrld before you know it!  How awesome it that?

    Shades of Green is an exclusive military resort and only those with a valid military ID will be able to gain access to the property.  Unfortunately, only those with a valid military ID can use the resort amenities including the restaurants.

    I see you're staying at Port Orleans for your upcoming visit!  There are several fabulous restaurants nearby including the many options at Downtown Disney and at the various surrounding Disney World Resort hotels. Downtown Disney is home to Fulton's Crab House, Paradiso 37, and my favorite, Raglan Road among others!  Nearby at the Polynesian, you can enjoy island inspired favorites in a relaxed setting at either Kona Cafe or 'Ohana!  Then there's also Boatwright's Dining Hall right across property at Port Orleans Riverside!  There are lots of options and I would be more than happy to provide alternate dining suggestions for you, so please write back to let me know what you're thinking!
