Hi, We like to eat at a few of the signature restaurants, but my daughter will be 10 when we are there this time, can we just pay for her to have a childs meal as she wouldn't eat an adults meal and keep her dining plan credits for another time.

    Hi Janette!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Enjoying some Signature Dining is a good way to make the most of your Disney Dining Plan. I have many favourite restaurants but I highly recommend Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, for the lakeside location with views of Magic Kingdom Park, and the Almond-crusted Cheesecake!

The Walt Disney World restaurants are very accommodating if Guests have any particular dining requests. Discuss with your server that your daughter would be more comfortable choosing food options from the children's menu, and I am sure they will do all they can to assist you. Also tell them that you will use your Disney Dining Plan credits to pay for some of your meals, and will pay by other methods for the others. You can use your Disney Dining Plan in whichever way you wish, using more entitlements on some days, and less on others. Your dining plan can be used from the time of check-in at your Resort hotel, until midnight on your day of departure. It's worth noting that if you are using the Disney Dining Plan to pay for everyone at your dinner, they may not be able to offer the same flexibility of choosing from different menus.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.
