    I want to eat at the Brown Derby before fantasmic without doing the Fantasmic Dinner package. For what time I should make the reservation to be able to get to a seat an hour before fantasmic starts i.e. how long does it take to eat 3 courses there.

    I generally plan on a Table Service restaurant taking between 60 and 90 minutes.  If you want to have a very relaxing experience then I would plan on 90 minutes.

    The Brown Derby is a great restaurant and Fantasmic! is absolutely outstanding.  It's my favorite nighttime spectacular at the Walt Disney World Resort.  It's definitely a "must see"!
