    Is there an easy way to request a room? We're staying at the Yacht Club next month in a water view room, but when I went to check in on MDE, there's option in the drop-down for me to ask for a room on a high floor with a good lake view like 4063

    Hi Neil! 

    Like you, I also like to include more specific room requests on my hotel reservations.  As you have experienced, the My Disney Experience mobile app can only handle high-level requests.  Therefore, I find it best to contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speak with a cast member directly so they can manually add my preferences to my hotel reservation.  Please note that room requests are not guaranteed but you can be sure cast members will do what they can to accommodate your requests.
