Hey There, Paul!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. You're just a few months away from checking in for your Walt Disney World Resort holiday –– are you starting to get excited yet? If you haven't already done so, now is a great time to check off a few details from your planning to-do list to help make things run as smoothly as possible during your visit. Once you've purchased your tickets, you'll want to make theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system and I also suggest making a few
advance dining reservations to enjoy throughout your trip once your
60-day dining window opens. That way, you'll be ready to hit the ground running once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort!
As a Disney Vacation Club Resort,
Disney's Riviera Resort truly offers Guests a home-away-from-home when they visit Walt Disney World. If you'll be staying in one of the Resort's
1, 2, or 3-Bedroom Villas, you'll even find a fully equipped kitchen in your Villa, complete with a large refrigerator, stove/oven combo, and a dishwasher. But what good is a kitchen without filling it with groceries, right? And if you ask me, there's no easier way to do this than by having groceries delivered directly to the Resort.
You can use any grocery delivery service of your choosing during your stay (Amazon and Instacart are my personal favorites), just be sure to address your order to "Guest (name on the reservation)" and check that you're using the Resort's main entrance as your delivery address to avoid any confusion. On the day of your delivery, you're welcome to meet the driver yourself, but Bell Services will also be happy to accept and store your delivery –– including refrigerated items –– until you're ready to pick it up. Once you're ready to collect your order, you can simply stop by Bell Services or have the items delivered directly to your room for an additional fee. Just be aware that Bell Services can't accept delivery of any age-restricted items, such as alcohol. If your order contains these items, you'll need to meet the driver in order to show proof of photo identification.
I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney, Paul. If you think of any new planning questions as your visit approaches, I hope you drop in again –– we're always here to help!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
