Hello Kathleen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Your inquiry describes one of my trickiest planning experiences during a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation: how to get from on Resort Hotel to another quickly and efficiently.
At
D23 Expo 2017, there was an announcement for a new point-to-point transportation service that will pick up Guests and take them anywhere on the Walt Disney World Resort property. Unfortunately, this
"Minnie" Van Transportation System is rolling out to Resort Hotels in installments, starting with Disney's Boardwalk Resort and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort this month.
The ability to request a "Minnie" Van for your trip may not be available at the
Disney's All-Stat Sports Resort in time for your vacation, but check with Guest Services upon arrival or with the
Disney Parks Blog before your vacation, as this service would definitely be the most effective system to get you to Olivia's Cafe at Old Key West Resort.
If not, my first recommendation would be taking Resort Transportation from Disney's All-Star Sports Resort to
Disney Springs and get on Disney's Old Key West Resort transportation from Disney Springs. My second would be to take Resort Transportation from Disney's All-Star Movies Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park and then hop on the bus to Disney's Old Key West Resort.
If those routes seem like too much of a hassle, your next best bet is by taxi, your own vehicle or the "Minnie" Vans, if they are available.
Happy Travels!
