Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah!
Although our recent Walt Disney World vacation was our first time going “strollerless”, I have many, many years of stroller experience! We usually brought our own stroller, which, I believe, was the same brand as the strollers you can rent from the company you have mentioned above. Although sometimes it can be a bit of extra work, I like the luxury of being able to keep my child in the stroller all the way to the bus stop, and having it around my Disney Resort hotel is also a plus! On Disney buses, you will have to collapse your stroller, but this is pretty simple as long as you don’t have items in the pockets underneath the stroller which might fall out. When it comes to the Resort Monorail, you can actually keep your stroller out- no collapsing required, unless of course, it is very busy and the extra room is required in the Monorail car. Therefore, to answer your question, I think that the small price of sometimes having to collapse the stroller is worth the benefit of not having to carry your child from the Disney Theme Park exit to the bus stop at the end of a long magical day! Make sure to check out the
tips on how to recognize your stroller in Disney Theme Parks, as Cast Members tend to move them around in order to ensure crowds have enough walking space and that nothing is too cluttered! Remember that you can also rent strollers directly through Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs if you think that carrying them on
Disney Transportation would be too much of a hassle.
I hope this answers your question and please come and visit us again soon!
