Ahoy there, Jeremy! Welcome aboard planDisney!
Ah, the age-old dilemma of sailing during religious holidays - my family has definitely been in the same...boat, er...
ship...and trying to coordinate arrivals, religious obligations, and being in true "vacation mode" is often much harder than it looks!
The good news is, depending on when you are sailing, onboard clergy may conduct services for certain religious holidays.
Once you set sail, you can use your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App during your sailing to find the times and locations of all religious services onboard. This is all dependent upon the availability of clergy to perform services, so definitely keep an eye on the activities schedule. I do remember distinctly that sometimes the services are religion-specific, and other times they take the form of an interdenominational service that is open for all to attend - and with the backdrop of the ocean, can be quite moving - both literally as well as spiritually!
I wish I had a more concrete answer to give you, Jeremy, but I hope that has given you a good path to stay on for your upcoming plans in 2023! Thank you so much for your question especially as it is one we are sure to get frequently this year! If you have any other questions as you continue your planning, please do
sail our way again here at planDisney!
SEA ya real soon!
