Welcome to planDisney! I’m glad you
hopped over to see us as you finalize your plans for an Easter visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
Shari, Easter services have previously been held at
Disney's Contemporary Resort, but no official announcements have been made about their return for 2026. I chatted with a Cast Member who confirmed they also have not received any word on whether services will be offered again this year. When you arrive, you can always check with your resort hotel just in case any updated information is available. If you aren't able to find services at a resort hotel, there are many churches near Walt Disney World, and a quick online search can help to narrow down results based on your denominational preference.
While you're visiting, I hope you have a chance to check out all of the
egg-citing fun around the parks! Springtime is one of my favorite times to visit. . .especially with the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival in full bloom! I really like trying the delicious and unique offerings at the Outdoor Kitchens while enjoying the beautiful topiaries. You can also participate in a scavenger hunt with Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration as you taste your way around the world. If you're planning a visit to EPCOT, I recommend taking a peek at the
Foodie Guide so you can make a list of your must-try items before you arrive. As the sun goes down, the entertainment heats up with the Garden Rocks Concert Series over at the American Gardens Theater. My family likes to book a
Garden Rocks Dining Package so we can pair a meal at one of our favorite EPCOT restaurants with guaranteed seating for the show!
