Hi, Ellin!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you so much for sending us your question regarding the Easter Pre-Parade held at Magic Kingdom Park on Easter Saturdays and Easter Sundays. I know our Easter celebrations have already come and gone, but I still wanted you to have the information for future reference.
The only parade that is nationally televised is the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade on abc on Christmas Day. This parade is televised from both Walt Disney World® Resort & The Disneyland® Resort and is so fun to watch. Occasionally, the
Disney Parks Blog will offer live-streaming of a parade or special event from their website for guests to enjoy. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for those magical announcements.
The Easter Parade is a "pre-show" mini parade presented by the Azalea Trail Maids that proceeds the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade and is approximately four minutes in length. Though just a pre-show, it is so cute to see the performers dressed in their Easter finest. And even though not televised or streamed, I know guests have already posted yesterday's event on YouTube :)
I hope this helps for next time, Ellin. And please let us know if you have any additional questions. Like you, I do love living the magic, even if at home.
I hope you had an Egg-cellent Easter,
Faith
