Hi Constance, welcome to planDisney!
I'm hop-py as the Easter Bunny that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort over the Easter holiday. In fact, Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny hope to see you on Easter Sunday at
Magic Kingdom park.
My panelist pal Eean just confirmed with Guest Services that an Easter Sunday Catholic Mass will take place at 8:00 a.m. in the Fantasia Ballroom of
Disney's Contemporary Resort. Reservations are not required, though I recommend getting there early as space is limited. Parking at the resort is reserved for Guests with confirmed hotel or dining reservations, so I encourage you to think through other transportation options such as a rideshare service.
While you're at the Contemporary, be sure to visit the Easter Egg display inspired by the work of Mary Blair and the
50th Anniversary Celebration. Mary Blair is the artist responsible for the 90-foot mural in the Grand Canyon Concourse area of the resort as well as the concept art that inspired the "it's a small world" attraction. The Easter Egg display contains over 250 pounds of chocolate and is found by the front entrance to
Bayview Gifts on the fourth floor of the resort. Several Easter Exclusives are available for purchase at nearby
Contempo Café, where
Mobile Food and Beverage Orders via the
My Disney Experience mobile app are accepted.
Blessings for a Happy Easter and a memorable vacation, Constance.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
