Hi, Tiffany! Welcome to planDisney.
Easter at
Walt Disney World is such a special time—the spring blooms, festive treats, and joyful atmosphere make it even more magical. One of the highlights of the season is the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, where you’ll find stunning topiaries, garden-fresh flavors, and vibrant flowers that truly celebrate the wonder of creation. With all the signs of new life blooming across the parks in spring, I’m always reminded of Easter’s deeper message of hope.
In the past, Guests could attend religious services right on property, with both Catholic Mass and a Protestant service hosted in the Fantasia Ballroom at
Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Catholic services were usually held at 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM, with a Protestant service in between at 9:15 AM.
However, in more recent years, those on-site services have not been offered, so it's always a good idea to check closer to your travel dates for the most current information.
Disney Parks Blog is a great place to watch for any updates, and you can also contact Disney’s Contemporary Resort directly to see if anything has been scheduled.
If services aren’t offered at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, a nearby alternative is the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe—just a short drive from
Disney Springs and a peaceful place to celebrate the holiday.
I hope that's helpful, Tiffany. Have a wonderful Easter and a fantastic vacation.
Mike
