Ahoy, Deborah!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Oh my gosh, I can't begin to tell you how excited I am for your upcoming 15-Night Eastbound Transatlantic Cruise aboard the Disney Magic! My husband and I sailed on an Eastbound Transatlantic cruise on the Disney Magic for our honeymoon and it was incredible! Reading your question makes me want to pull out our pictures and look through them!
During our transatlantic cruise we had two Formal nights, one Semi-Formal night, one Pirate Night and the rest were Cruise Casual nights. Schedules are subject to change but at least this gives you an idea of what you might expect! If you want, I suggest giving the amazing agents a call at Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 to see how many themed nights are on your particular voyage across the Atlantic Ocean! They'll also be able to tell you which nights of your voyage are Formal, Semi-Formal, Cruise Casual and Pirate-themed! Once you arrive onboard, you'll find each night's scheduled evening attire on the Personal Navigator newsletter and
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Packing for voyages greater than seven nights can be tricky. I suggest checking out the
Packing List for Transatlantic Cruises to help give you ideas of what to bring! Since we were onboard for many days, we visited the
laundry facilities mid-way through our voyage in order to re-wear some of the items of clothing. We also were sure to pack jackets and jeans because the evenings on deck were chilly while crossing the ocean.
Deborah, your MAGICal transatlantic voyage is right around the corner! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to stop back and ask!
Bon Voyage,
Beth
