What is the easiest/best way to get to a Bon Voyage breakfast from the Contemporary resort?

    Hi Catharena!

The Bon Voyage Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno is definitely on my Disney "to-do list." Who wouldn't want to dine with Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Ariel and Prince Eric? I'm really excited about this new character dining experience at Walt Disney World Resort.

The easiest way to get from Disney's Contemporary Resort to Disney's Boardwalk Resort is via taxi, private car service or Minnie Van Service. The private car service should be arranged at least the day prior to your breakfast reservation while a taxi or Minnie Van can be summoned that morning. These are the quickest and easiest forms of transportation because they will take you directly from your point of origin to your destination. The only downside is that these services require an additional fee.

If you prefer to take complimentary Disney transportation to your breakfast along Disney's Boardwalk, you could board a Disney's Hollywood Studios-bound bus at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Then transfer to a Friendship boat in front of Disney's Hollywood Studios. This boat will deliver you to Disney's Boardwalk. This route is tons of fun but it will only work if your reservation is a bit later in the morning. You should allow yourself 1.5 hours to take this route.

If your reservation is particularly early and you'd like to travel via complimentary Disney transportation, check at the Guest Services desk at your home resort to see if they have an early breakfast bus available to transport guests to restaurants on property. This is a good option but you'll want to check on the availability of this mode of transportation the day before your reservation so you know when and where to board your bus.

    Enjoy your breakfast!
