    What's the easiest way to get from Pop Century to the Contemporary for a breakfast at Chef Mickey's? How long should we plan for the trip to take?

    Hello Emily!

    I am excited that you are planning an incredible breakfast at Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. I love Chef Mickey's, especially the buffet and character interaction.

    The easiest way that I have found to get to Disney's Contemporary Resort from Disney's Pop Century Resort using the amazing Walt Disney World Transportation System is to take a Disney bus from Disney's Pop Century Resort to the Magic Kingdom Park. This takes about 20 to 25 minutes once you are on the bus. Once you get to the Magic Kingdom Park entrance take the Resort Monorail to Disney's Contemporary Resort (the first stop after you get on the Monorail). According to my experience, this journey only takes around 5 minutes once you are on the Monorail. So I would plan for 45 to 60 minutes for this route factoring in how long it takes to wait for the bus and the Monorail. If you are short on time and want to get to Chef Mickey's directly, then you could use a ride share service such as Lyft or Uber.
