What is the easiest way to find the cruises with more than one stop at Castaway cay? we really want to be able to visit that area twice on same trip.

    Ahoy David!

Yo ho yo ho, a pirate’s life for you! Avast, me hearty! You have an excellent question for our crew. What’s better than sailing away to Castaway Cay...TWO stops at Castaway Cay! Disney’s private island is a family favorite of ours, and I can SEA we are not alone. This particular itinerary you have your sights set on is what we refer to as a “double dip” because it’s double the pleasure and double the fun during your adventure at sea!

You’ll need to search the treasure map (aka the Disney Cruise Line website) to find the X which marks the spot on the treasure (in this case, the Castaway Cay "double dip" sailings). On the Find a Cruise page, choose Bahamas Cruises under the list of destinations. The cruises will then be sorted to show only those sailing to the Bahamas, and the descriptions of the cruises will reveal the ones that you want with the wording “with 2 stops at Castaway Cay.” Kind of like using Captain Jack Sparrow’s trusty compass to point you in the right direction, eh?

With two days on Castaway Cay, you and your mateys will be free to explore more, relax more, or better yet, do BOTH! That’s the beauty of becoming a Castaway on this gorgeous island. Our favorite experiences have been the Castaway Cay Getaway Package, Castaway Ray’s Stingray Adventure, and simply relaxing on the beach while the kids play on the dueling waterslides at Pelican Plunge. Reminds me of those “Choose Your Own Adventure” books I grew up reading...only this time you get to have more than one ending! I’ve found our most memorable Castaway Cay experiences have been when everyone in the family gets a say in what we do. That’s infinitely easier with two days on the island instead of one!

David, chart a course back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel as you continue to plan your high seas adventure. Wind in your sails!
