We are in the early stages of planning a large group trip to Disney World for Oct/Nov 2016. What is the best way to book rooms, for 20+ people needing 6 or more rooms, if we all want to stay a close to each other in the same resort?

    Steven-

I love planning trips to Walt Disney World Resort. You are brilliant to begin the planning process this far in advance as a magical trip for 20 needs to be organized to be fantastic! It can be very difficult managing the accommodations and maneuvering the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, restaurants, and resorts with a large party. For groups needing up to 9 rooms you may contact a Cast Member at (407)-WDISNEY (934-7639) or a certified Disney travel specialist and describe your magical vacation plans. They will aid you through the process. I did that this past summer with my family when we stayed at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

For parties of 10 rooms or greater, group rates are available for theme park tickets, room rates, recreational activities and more. You may find creating your own private catered events easier to celebrate meals together. If you are needing 10 or more rooms, I suggest contacting Disney Group Getaways and speaking with a Cast Member about the specific details to make your dreams come true. I am happy to help if you have further questions.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
