Welcome to planDisney. I’m super excited to hear that you would like to stay at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort for your vacation. There is nothing like being surrounded by the artistry, enchantment, and magic of Disney and Pixar movies. There is so much to love about this resort, including the ability to take Disney’s Skyliner to some of the parks, but more on that later. Let’s get drawn into your question so you can continue your planning.
Alrighty, so the family suites at
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort can accommodate up to 6 guests in a room, but you can certainly have fewer if you would like. The family suites include 1 queen bed, 1 double-size sleeper sofa, and 1 double-size pull-down bed. The 2 double-sized beds are located in the main living area while the queen bed is in a separate room. You can also choose a themed suite featuring the animated classic Cars, The Lion King, or Finding Nemo. I’m including a video from my fellow panelists, Joanna and Elaine, that walks you through the family suite and more, so you can get a detailed look and see if it's a good fit for your stay.
One of the coolest things about staying at this resort is that you have access to the
Disney Skyliner. You can take it from your resort and fly over Hourglass Lake to Disney’s Hollywood Studios or EPCOT. Many gondolas are adorned with iconic Disney Characters, figures from Disney attractions, and film favorites, which makes getting around even more magical. We absolutely love traveling on it when we visit, and I know you will as well.
