Hi, Rachel! Or as they say on the planet Batuu, "Bright suns!"
One of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort memories is my daughter bravely defeating Darth Vader during
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple. If you have Force-sensitive younglings in your party who wish to learn the ways of the Jedi, be sure to sign them up early in the day for this popular activity. In the past, Jedi Training sign-ups have always started as soon as
Disney's Hollywood Studios opened for the day, including when there were morning
Extra Magic Hours.
To accommodate all of the travelers wishing to visit Batuu when
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge begins welcoming guests,
extra Extra Magic Hours will be offered for a limited time. Each day from September 1 through November 2, 2019,
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests will have access to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and select other attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. It has not been announced for certain that sign-ups for Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple will begin at 6:00 a.m. during this time period. However, based on what we have seen during past Extra Magic Hours, I think we can assume that young Padawans will be able to register starting at 6:00 a.m. Be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog just in case any changes to the sign-up procedures are announced.
Be sure to purchase
Memory Maker before your trip.
Disney PhotoPass photographers always capture lots of great photos during Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple. There will also be some new Magic Shots available in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge that will be out of this world.
May the Force be with you!
Samantha
