Hi there, Jason! Welcome aboard planDisney. Thanks for stopping by!
You and your sailing crew are in for a fantastic time during your upcoming Disney Cruise. Many of my kids' favorite vacation memories are from playing in the spaces created just for kids on the ships.
Disney's Oceaneer Club and
Oceaneer Lab don't require reservations, and you can register your child during the
online check-in process. If this is your first Disney Cruise, online check-in will open 30 days before your sail date.
During your cruise, the Oceaneer Club will be open for most of the day, even late into the evening. I recommend that you drop by shortly after embarking the ship (perhaps after enjoying lunch) to check out the space, confirm your registration, and enjoy an
Open House. Open Houses will be held throughout your sailing, and are a time when kids and adults can enjoy the fun together.
If you have a little one under three years old, you can make reservations for the nursery once you step aboard the ship. I've found the Crew Members in all of the youth spaces to be kind, engaging, and fun. They honestly make magic!
While your child is enjoying the spaces onboard just for them, I hope you can explore the adult-exclusive spaces around the ship. The
Quiet Cove Pool area is a personal favorite, as is dining in
Palo. Enjoy!
If you have any more questions, please return to planDisney and ask! We'll be here for you.
Happy Sailing,
Adrianna
