While you
are a bit too early to price your package, Megan, you're never too early to start planning. Though I may be partial because it’s my birthday month, I have to tell you that October is a great time to visit!
One of the things you can begin with is
selecting a resort that is right for your family. Keep an eye on the
Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go page to stay updated on important announcements about which resorts are available. And then, when the time is right, you can price your vacation by heading over to the
Places To Stay tab on the Walt Disney World homepage. Just enter your dates and details about your traveling party and from there, you’ll be able to peruse the hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection that have availability. Oh, and do stop by the
Tickets and Visit Guide, too, to help you determine an ideal length of stay.
During an October visit, you’ll want to be sure to make time for the
Taste of Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. Even if wine isn’t your thing (but especially if it is), you can peruse the festival’s
Global Marketplaces to sample flavorful dishes in small bite format.
It'll be time to book before you know it, Megan. In the meantime, have fun dreaming up the details of your magical vacation.
