    How early can you purchase the Florida Resident 2014 3 - 4 day ticket that can be used from Jan - May/June for 2014.

    Isn't it great to be able to take advantage of special Walt Disney World offers for Florida residents? We love living so close to the magic!

    While Walt Disney World usually does offer Florida residents a special three- or four-day ticket deal from January until early summer, those promotions can vary and aren't guaranteed to be available from year-to-year. And there's often not a lot of advance notice.

    This year, the Discovery Disney ticket offer for Florida residents was only announced a day or two before it went into effect. That deal was good from January 5 through June 7 with a few blockout dates around Easter.

    My best guess is that the same pattern probably will hold in 2014, if such an offer is available. I would keep an eye on the Disney website and the Disney Parks Blog in late December and early January to watch for the announcement.
