How early can we get in the parks prior to a breakfast reservation?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melissa! You're right: there are select dining dining locations inside the theme parks that open for breakfast reservations up to an hour before the posted opening time. It's really smart of you to think about booking an early reservation for you and your family, because it's one of the best ways to maximize your time when you're at Walt Disney World Resort!

Here's how it works: if you have a breakfast reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant, for example, there will be a designated queue at the entrance to Magic Kingdom Park for guests who have early meal times. I recommend arriving at the entrance to the park about 30 minutes before your reservation so you have time to check in with a Cast Member at the gate with your MagicBand or reservation number. This gives you some time to stroll down Main Street U.S.A. and take in the sights and smells on your way to breakfast. This is a great opportunity to snap a photo in front of Cinderella Castle while there are fewer guests in the park! If you have a reservation at any of the other theme parks, I would also recommend arriving half an hour prior.

While you're enjoying an early morning at Magic Kingdom Park, be sure to catch the Let the Magic Begin Welcome Show. In my opinion, there is no better way to start your day at Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon, Melissa!
