Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cody!
It's so exciting that you're going to be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season. It really is my favorite time to travel and my husband and I have to visit every year once all the festivities begin. In the days leading up to Christmas, you'll get a special opportunity to see Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade during the day at
Magic Kingdom Park, which usually only happens during
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! You can also visit
Epcot and try holiday dishes from around the world at the
Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, which is one of my favorite Epcot festivals.
Since you're staying at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort on your upcoming vacation, you will get to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours, which is one of the
benefits of being a guest at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. At the moment, the
calendar shows theme park hours, including Extra Magic Hours, all the way up until the first week of December, so they should be posted pretty soon for your upcoming trip. I find that theme park hours are typically released around the time I can make my advanced dining reservations, about 6 months before my vacation. Remember that theme park hours and Extra Magic Hours are subject to change, so check that calendar periodically in the days and weeks leading up to your arrival date.
Have a magical day, Cody!
