Hi Rhianna and welcome to planDisney!
I just love living in the Sunshine State and being a
Walt Disney World Passholder! Living so close to the magic gives us the opportunity to visit the theme parks as often as possible and making new magical memories with Mickey and friends is always fabulous. I see your trip is coming up in just a few days, so I'm sure you're really excited for your vacation to begin.
One of the benefits of staying in a
Disney Resort hotel is
Early Theme Park Entry and
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours (for Deluxe Resorts only). These benefits are valid starting on the day you check-in to the day you check-out, so you are more than welcome to arrive bright and early on the day you check-in for those extra 30 minutes of magic. You must have a
theme park reservation for the park you're planning on visiting for that day.
May is such a great time to visit Walt Disney World. I am loving the current cooler evenings we are having, which makes visiting the parks in the evening more enjoyable. If you are planning a
Magic Kingdom Park day while you are there, check out the return of
Happily Ever After, the nighttime spectacular. I recently attended the
Sweets & Seats Dessert Party and had such a wonderful view of the fireworks while I sipped on my glass of wine and indulged in the delicious dessert offerings. I highly recommend one of the dessert parties to make your evening extra special.
Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
