    how early do we need to be before all ADRs? What time should we allow to leave our off prop hotel in Kissimmee to ADR @ 810 breakfst Tuskar house/AK? What time does AK open? thx!!

    Hi Danielle.  Welcome back to the Moms Panel.  Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, opens at 8 a.m.  Normally it is suggested you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time, so I would recommend being there right when it opens at 8 a.m.  The parking lot will open approximately 1/2 hour before that time, and you will need to go to the special marked entrance for those who have dining reservations prior to park opening. Be sure to bring your Advance Reservation confirmation number to show to the Cast Member.  Then you will make your way back to Harambe marketplace where Tusker House Restaurant is located.

    As far as travel time from your hotel to Disney's Animal Kingdom, it is really dependent on how far away your hotel is, and traffic conditions that morning.  I would allow at least 1/2 hour if your hotel is fairly close by, longer if the distance to travel is greater.  It's better to be a bit early than to be stressing out if you're stuck in traffic - not a good start to any vacation day!
