I am a big fan of
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering! I love the convenience of waking up in the morning and placing my meal orders for the day from the comfort of my Disney Resort hotel room – while still in my pajamas! In addition, as the mother of two girls, I appreciate purchasing food and beverages in advance and making the most of my time while enjoying my day at the theme parks.
After waking up, I open the
My Disney Experience app on my mobile device, tap the plus sign located on the bottom of the screen, and select
Order Food. If you do the same early in the morning, you will notice that you will be able to select an arrival window at participating locations even before their official opening time. You will be able to order breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks before getting out of bed. I recommend playing with the app before your visit to get used to Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering. Choose an arrival window at any location, select items from the menu, and view your order to see what to expect while placing mobile orders.
Once at the Walt Disney World Resort, after placing your orders in the morning, when you arrive at your dining location, open the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner of the screen and select
Mobile Food Orders to see a list of your active orders. When you are ready for your meal, select
I’m Here, Prepare My Order, and the app will alert you when your food is ready and where to pick it up at your dining destination.
