If I have an early morning ADR for be our guest, do I need to order food to satisfy my ADR and avoid a cancellation charge? Could I just go inside for a quick coffee or something else?

    Hi Leanne,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Kudos for making an early morning advanced dining reservation for Be Our Guest restaurant!

Since Be Our Guest allows guests to order-ahead, I suggest that you pre-order your food and then go eat. If you order-ahead, when you arrive to the restaurant, you can simply select a table in one of the dining areas and your food will magically appear within minutes. Beverage stations are easily accessible, so you could actually eat your entire meal quickly. On our last visit, we had a pre-park opening dining reservation and were able to finish our meal in about 30 minutes, but we certainly could have finished in less time.

If the park does not open until 9:00 a.m, you will have plenty of time to get in a stand-by line for a ride or attraction. I see no reason why you would need to order food and then not enjoy it. You can indeed eat and then take advantage of your early park entrance to beat the crowds to your favorite attraction(s). I may be making a leap here, but that is what I assume you are trying to accomplish! Be sure to also check the park hours for the dates of your visit. If Magic Kingdom has early morning Extra Magic Hours, your  early morning breakfast reservation may not provide the advantage your desire.

Leanne, I feel the pixie dust surrounding your planning. I trust that you will actually eat - take a few minutes to fuel up before an active day in the parks!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
