How early can you get into Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom on Extra Magic Mornings that start at 8:00 am? I know on regular days you can go through the turnstiles to the front sections early, but is this true for extra magic mornings?

    Hi Kristie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for sending us this great question.

My family simply LOVES taking advantage of morning Extra Magic Hours when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort. It is one of the pixie-dusted benefits of staying at Disney Resort hotels.

If your family is staying on-property at one of the fabulous Disney Resort hotels, you can begin riding attractions as early as 8 a.m. In the past, we have been able to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 7:00 a.m. during morning Extra Magic Hours. I also did confirm with a friendly Cast Member that this will also be the case for Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. So all you need to do now is set those alarms to arrive early. You don't want to be as late as the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland!

Disney Mom Tip: During morning Extra Magic Hours at Magic Kingdom Park, do take advantage of the opportunity to snap a few pictures in front of Cinderella Castle without crowds in the background.

I hope this was helpful information, Kristie. If you have any other questions, please come back to visit us. My Moms Panel friends and I will be thrilled to help you discover the Power of Magic while planning an enchanting Disney vacation.
