We have an early lunch reservation at Rainforest Cafe.We planned to eat on our way into Animal Kingdom & see Lion King after lunch (when we are full). On the map, it looks like Lion King is far away. Should we make the walk or is there a closer show?

Hi Chloe! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Rainforest Café at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is really a great dining option. The place is beautiful and the food is delicious!
I agree that after having a great meal it is kind of hard to walk too much, but it could be a good option for digestion too. It normally takes to my family to walk from the Park entrance to the Festival of the Lion King no more than 10 -15 minutes, and we don’t walk fast. I wouldn't change plans, because it is a wonderful show, and once you are there, you will relax and have lots of fun!
But if you really don’t feel you are ready to walk right after eating, I suggest you go to It’s Tough to be a Bug! which is closer to the restaurant, and is also a nice attraction.
Hope this information helps your planning.
    Have a magical vacation!
