Hi -- how early should we line up for the Fantasmic performance? Is it better to attend the early show or the late show? Thanks.

    Hi, Wendy!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel!

Fantasmic! is such an awesome show with fire, dancing water and Sorceror Mickey's amazing imagination! Seating begins 90 minutes prior to each show so if you want first pick on the seats, I'd recommend arriving at that 90-minute mark.

My family really likes to attend the first showing using the Fantasmic! Dinner Package VIP seating. When you make an Advanced Dining Reservation for one of the participating restaurants, you will receive a voucher that gives you priority seating for the show! Participating restaurants include The Hollywood Brown Derby, Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano and Hollywood & Vine. Having the priority seating will allow you to arrive at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater 30 to 45 minutes prior to showtime instead of 90-minutes making this a great way to go! On the other hand, we've attended the late show after a great day of Park touring as our last "hoorah" for the day and we love that too! After the show, we slowly meander down Sunset Blvd. to the Park exit. It's a really great way to end the day.

I'm not sure if I've helped or made your decision harder! I think you'll truly enjoy Fantasmic! no matter which showing you attend!

Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help with!

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
