How early will they let you in at animal kingdom if you have breakfast reservation at 8:00?

Hello Rowena!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Starting your day off with breakfast at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park is an Endlessly Magical experience.

The time that Cast Members grant access to the Theme Park, depends on the operating hours of the Dining Location and when Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park opens on the day of your 8:00am Advanced Dining Reservations.

If you are having breakfast with Donald Duck and the gang at Tusker House Restaurant and it opens at 8:00am but Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park opens at 9:00am, there will be a special queue at the Main Gates that grants access to Guests with Advanced Dining Reservations or Tours before the Theme Park officially opens.

Generally, Guests will be granted access to the Theme Park as long as the Dining Location is open for the day.  If you are Guests with the first set of reservations for the day, you are granted access within 5-15 minutes of your Reservation. You are welcome to arrive earlier than this and I have heard of Guests being granted access early, just be aware that it is the Cast Members discretion as to when Guests are allowed into the Theme Parks.

Be advised however, that Guests may be restricted from venturing into certain areas of the Theme Park before it officially opens.

    Bon Appétit!
