How early is too early to pre-purchase our photopass+? we are going to WDW in May 2014. I can't find any info on if there is an expiration date once you order it. I just don't want to pay all that $$ now for it to expire before we get there! Thanx!

    Hi Lisa!

I am glad to hear you are thinking of pre-purchasing Disney's PhotoPass+.  It is a great way to capture the most memories from your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation, my family and I absolutely love it!  In terms of when is a good time to order, I would recommend a month or two prior to your arrival, but when ever you decide to pre-order, is perfectly fine.  I like to order my PhotoPass+ a few months prior to leaving so I know it will be delivered in plenty of time, but it isn't so much time where I may forget where I put it.  When you pre-purchase your PhotoPass+, you will receive a voucher as well as a Disney PhotoCD with stock photos in the mail.  You will need to bring the voucher with you to Walt Disney World Resort and redeem it for your PhotoPass+ card and lanyard.  The voucher will not expire, however once you redeem your voucher for the PhotoPass+ Card and lanyard, the card is valid for 14 days.

I hope my answer helps Lisa.  Please let me know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation.  I would love to hear from you again!
