Ahoy there, Lauren! It's almost time for you to sail away on your magical vacation, so I'm glad you found your way back to planDisney with your question.
Disney Cruise Line representatives are at the terminal at 11:15 AM, but Guests are not allowed to enter the terminal until their scheduled Port Arrival Time. Arriving at your Port Arrival Time allows for a smooth process for everyone. I suggest you
call Disney Cruise Line directly to ask about stateroom upgrade options prior to your embarkation day, but you can ask when your port arrival time starts as well. If you are driving and parking at the terminal, you may want to give yourself a little time to drop off luggage with the porters and then find a parking space in the parking deck.
If you need a little help with packing, Disney Cruise Line offers a handy
packing list that can make the last few weeks before your cruise easier. Make sure to review the
prohibited list of items so your luggage will not be delayed getting to your stateroom due to extra screening on embarkation day as well.
Lauren, if you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney before you sail away on Disney Cruise Line.
Bon Voyage!
