Hello there, Mike, and welcome back to planDisney!
I'm glad you thought to visit us with your question, but I'm so sorry to hear that it's due to an unexpected error. Once you have paid your deposit to book your Disney Cruise reservation, you may begin to order
Onboard Gifts with your reservation number. You may also locate your reservation in the Onboard Gifts section of the website by entering your guest information into the system. If either of these options is not working for you,
please contact Disney Cruise Line directly for further assistance. They will be able to sort this out. Due to recent system upgrades, the wait times to speak with an agent have been longer than usual. I recommend that you call during a time when you are able to keep an ear on the phone for an agent while doing something else during the wait.
I wish that I had a magic wand to wave to fix this quickly for you. I'm sorry that I don't. I do have a couple of recommendations for you when it does come time to select Onboard Gifts for your cruise. If you'll be traveling with a significant other, I recommend the
Luxury at Sea for Two Romance Package. This gift includes chocolates, a bottle of bubbly, a beautiful rose, and two plush Disney Cruise Line branded robes that make wonderful souvenirs.
I also love the
stateroom decor packages that are available to purchase. Walking into a stateroom that is decked out for your sailing makes a big statement at the start of your cruise. Whichever gift you choose, I'm sure it will be the perfect amount of pixie dust added to your voyage.
I wish you a lovely holiday. Please cruise back to us again if you have any further questions. My pals and I are here and happy to help however we can.
Happy Sailing,
Adrianna
