    With early checking can we enter a park before check in time?

    Hello and welcome to planDisney, Harriette. I'm so glad you've stopped by to chat about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. April is such a great time to go. The weather is fantastic! 

    Harriette, I think you'll be happy to know that you will have access to that Early Theme Park Entry on the day that you check-in, out and every day in between while you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Early Theme Park Entry grants you entry 30 minutes prior to the scheduled opening time. All four Walt Disney World Theme Parks participate in this added extra so no matter where you go, you can enter early. 

    I really enjoy taking advantage of this extra while I am on vacation at Walt Disney World.  I am always so amazed at how much I am able to cross off of my must-do list before lunchtime. I'm not a big fan of waiting in long lines so about that time I like to head back to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that I happen to be staying at for an afternoon swim. I hope you'll add this to your itinerary some too, Harriette, because April is great swimming weather. Then, after I've had my fill of fun in the Florida sun I like to clean up and hop on over to Epcot for the evening hours. Enjoying snacks and drinks around the World Showcase is my favorite way to end a Disney day.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
