How early can you check into Art of Animation? We will be arriving around 10am, and will have some groceries that will need refrigeration, so we would like to get into the room right away. Thanks!

    Hi there, Tracie!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your great question!

How exciting that you're getting ready for a stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort! Check-in is not until 3:00 p.m., but you'll want to stop in at the front desk upon your arrival and see if there is any chance that your room could be ready early. The Cast Members will do their best to accommodate your request, but it's not guaranteed. You'll have the option of providing your cell phone number for either a call or text message when your room is ready.

We've had this exact scenario when we've visited the Walt Disney World Resort and Bell Services had the refrigerated space available and were happy to store our perishables until our room was ready. It was perfect because we didn't have a delay in heading out to the Parks! If you go to check-in and find that your room is not ready upon your arrival, just stop over at Bell Services and explain your situation. I'm sure they'll be able to store your items for you until your room is available.

Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you have, Tracie!

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
