    How early can I call to take advantage of a new Special Offer? For example if and when the Free Dining Offer is announced, how early in the morning can I call to apply that offer to my existing reservation?

    Hi, Vickie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Wow! You must have been channeling the spirit of The Haunted Mansion’s Madame Leota because your crystal ball clearly knew that a great new Special Offer was about the be released! When a Special Offer, such as Free Dining is released, Guests can start applying it to existing reservations (based on availability) or create new Disney Resort hotel reservations as soon as our friendly Cast Members start taking calls, which is at 7 am Eastern Standard Time. Keep in mind that Special Offers are for specific dates and Disney Resort hotels and that only a number of rooms are eligible for each promotion, so it is always a great idea to try to grab it as soon as you can by contacting Disney Reservations. In the past, I have had to switch my Disney Resort hotel, or even room category in order to be able to apply a promotion.
