    How early do buses run? Would it be difficult to get to Ohana for breakfast at 7:50 from Animal Kingdom Lodge?

    Hi Kimberly!

         My son and I love eating at Character Breakfasts in Walt Disney World! You have some options for getting to an early morning Character Breakfast at Ohana at the Polynesian Resort from the Animal Kingdom Lodge Resort. The first is that Walt Disney World Resorts often will have special early morning buses running for early character dining at the Parks and Resorts. You will have to ask when you get to Animal Kingdom Lodge if these early morning character dining buses are available and what time that they will be leaving the morning of your Ohana Advanced Dining Reservation. Another option is to take a taxi directly from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Polynesian. Typically, a one way taxi fare for anywhere on Walt Disney World Property is less than $20.00 including tip. If you choose to use the Disney buses you would have to go to the Magic Kingdom and then take the Resort Monorail or a boat to the Polynesian--which takes a lot of time). The Disney buses that transport guests to the theme parks typically start an hour before that theme park is scheduled to open for that particular day.
